Code Championship Series | Virtual Computer Coding Grades 3-9
Build a computer bot to play head-to-head against other coders! Whether this is your first Code Championship event, or if you've been competing for years, this is the perfect way to explore the competitive coding world of Code Championship. No previous coding experience necessary. The Code Championship Series is a series of four tournaments in four weeks (it's ok to miss one or two). These tournaments will be hosted online using Google Meet and the Code Championship website. If you have a modern browser like Chrome or Firefox, no additional download is required. Drivers Education Ages 14 ½ + yrs
This complete Drivers Education program consists of 30 hours of classroom instruction and 6 hours of behind the wheel training. Behind-the-wheel instruction will be scheduled individually and directly with Wreck-Less Driving Academy. Students must attend all 30 hours. Any missed classes must be made up in future sessions (at any Wreck-Less location). Students will receive a completion certificate once all 30 hours are complete. Eligible Students must be 14 1/2 years old before the first day of class. Important documents will be handed out for parent/student completion in class. Gymnastics Parent/Child | 18 months-3 years
Work together with your child as you practice different activities such as walking on a beam, forward and backward rolls, wall walkers, jumps, bear crawls and so much more! One adult must participate in class with each child. -
Gymnastics Preschool | Ages 4-5 yrs.
This class is for independent child participation. The class will help with coordination and body awareness. Your child will go through many activities throughout the gym learning basic gymnastics skills. Children must be potty trained and a parent must remain for the duration of class. Note: If class is showing full when registering, please put your student on the waitlist as class sizes/additions change closer to the first class date. -
Horse Camp | Ages 2-5 years
This 2-hour camp is designed for parent/guardian participation. Parent/Guardian is expected to remain with their child during the entire duration of the camp, and will have opportunity to lead their child on the horse and take photographs as they go. Campers get to ride a real horse in an arena meet & learn about the different horses at Boulder Pointe, and learn how to groom the horses...all with a focus on safety! In addition, students will do an art project and have an opportunity to make horse treats to feed their new friends. Stations are split up into 15 minute intervals to keep everyone engaged. Camps are rain or shine as we have an indoor barn and arena. Proper attire includes a sneaker or boot (closed toe with a heel), long pants and layering depending on weather. Horse Camp | Ages 6+ years
Kids will learn what it's like to have a horse for a day! Campers get to ride in the indoor and/or outdoor arenas for 40-50 min (no trails), practice how to steer, stop, turn, and walk, on their own. They also might make horse treats, do a craft, and play games. And don't forget the time to feed and care for the horses, which is a big part of ownership! Campers are broken into smaller groups based on similar riding experience, which is perfect for both new and more experienced riders! NOTE: Parent drop-off is at 9am and Parent pick-up is 3pm. What to wear/bring: Long pants, close toe shoes appropriate clothes for weather inside and outside of barn. Water bottle/drinks/snacks and a lunch. Camps are held rain or shine as Boulder Pointe has an indoor barn and arena. You may bring treats for the horses if you want, and helmets will be provided. Instant Guitar for Busy People Youth Ages 13+
Have you ever wanted to learn the guitar but simply find it difficult to find the time? In just a few hours you can learn enough about playing the guitar to give you years of musical enjoyment, and you won’t have to take private lessons to do it. This crash course will teach you some basic chords and get you playing along with your favorite songs right away. Since this class is being held online with ZOOM, you will be able to sit at home with your guitar and take this class without any pressure at all. And since the class includes an online book and online follow-up video lessons, you will be able to continue your practice and study on your own.
