Summer Wrestling Practices with Coach Justin Nelson. Held on Sundays starting June 1-July 6 from 4-6pm. Attire for practice; shirts with sleeves long or short okay, no tank tops. Sweatpants or shorts are acceptable and wrestling shoes or tennis shoes.
