The first hour of practice will be instructional time followed by the 7v7 games that are coached and officiated by Big Lake HS Football team coaches and players. This league is focused on fun and help all athletes develop a love for the sport via a fully non-contact model. Bring cleats (preferred but not required), tennis shoes, active wear and a water bottle.
