In this class you will learn the do's and don'ts of sourdough bread making. You will learn how to make your own sourdough bread, how to do the stretch-N-folds, shape and score the bread. You will get a couple recipes and your own starter so you can start making your own bread!
Please bring: a medium size bowl and a wooden spoon. What's included: Bread flour, salt, spring water, jar and rubber band for starter, plastic bowl cover and parchment paper.
