  • AeroCode Academy

    AeroCode Academy is the most exciting way for students to learn how to program! Using block based programming tools to command their drones, students will sharpen their skills and take to the skies. By starting out with guided tutorials, students of all skill levels will find success before implementing their own custom programs. Teams of students will battle their drones in fun and exciting challenges that will teach them valuable 21st century programming skills, as well as teamwork and collaboration. You will have the option to buy your drone and keep it after class, see payment options when checking out. This class is for students entering 3rd grade and finishing 8th grade.
  • Athleticism Sport Camp

    DASH Sports Summer Athleticism camp provides participants with an overall athleticism building camp experience including speed training, agility, endurance, body control/balance, quickness, strength, power, and jumping. This camp consists of many different types of physical activities, drills, and games, all tailored specifically to enhance overall athletic performance. Campers should wear sunscreen and bring a water bottle, snack, and wear athletic clothing and shoes.

    DASH Sports Athleticism Tykes camps provide little athletes with an overall introduction to building athleticism. This camp experience includes running, agility, jumping, hopping, and balance/body control. Camp consists of many different types of activities, drills, and games, all tailored specifically to introduce athletes to all the components of being an athlete. Parent participation is required for the 2-4yr old age group and recommended when needed for the 4+ year old age group.

  • Basketball Summer Skills Boys Grades 6-12

    Boys Summer Skills narrows its focus from an overall skills camp and specifically teaches the individual skills needed to be a successful player in today's game. Coach Critchley will lead this session and the following skills will be emphasized. Meet on Tues, Wed & Thur. Watch for various locations/times. *Developing ball handling and dribbling *Creating space for yourself and others *Finishing moves around the basket *Shooting: Rhythm and Repetition *Defensive stance, footwork and movement *Understanding and executing skills coaches look for *Skill work for one hour and organized games to apply the skills for 30 minutes either in a 2v2, 3v3, 4v4, or 5v5 setting.
  • Battle Drones

    Battle Drones features an exciting combination of aerial acrobatics with an engineering design challenge that will teach students STEM concepts, teamwork, and how to skillfully fly a drone. In Battle Drones, teams of students will build robotic launchers designed to fling projectiles at their opponents' drones. Students will be guided by experienced camp instructors in how to construct their launchers to maximize projectile speed and accuracy. The camp will culminate in an epic battle where students will need to pilot their drones to safety by dodging opponent projectiles while using their own launchers to take down opponent drones. The best drone pilots and launchers will emerge victorious! Students have the option to purchase the drone they use in camp for an extra $50, check options at registration. This class is for students entering 3rd grade and finishing 8th grade.

    Build a computer bot to play head-to-head against other coders! Whether this is your first Code Championship event, or if you've been competing for years, this is the perfect way to explore the competitive coding world of Code Championship. No previous coding experience necessary. The Code Championship Series is a series of four tournaments on four weeks (it's ok to miss one or two). These tournaments will be hosted online using Google Meet and the Code Championship website. If you have a modern browser like Chrome or Firefox, not additional download is required.
