This developmental sports and fitness program teaches basic fundamentals and mechanics of nine different sports including baseball, volleyball, lacrosse, football, basketball, soccer, golf, hockey and tennis. Build self-confidence, practice teamwork and improve motor skills. In this non-competitive environment, children increase their cardiovascular fitness, muscle tone, hand-eye coordination and reaction time. Instructor: Amazing Athletes
