In this class swimmers will explore simultaneous arm and leg motions on their stomach and back. Swimmers will focus on body position, control and directional change. No classes on:  Feb 15, Mar 1, Mar 15 & Apr 5

Note: During the registration process, no payment will be taken but your spot will be reserved. Payment will be withdrawn 1 week before class date starts.
